What They’re Saying About Us
Unitarian Universalist Fellowship
"A church where skepticism is welcome and adherence to dogma is suspect? A church where all religions are invited but none are beyond introspection? A church that regularly presents nationally touring singer-songwriters? A church where half the congregation might have been at Hunter-Gatherer the night before? Now that’s a church we can support."

Carita Barr, Member: Growing up in a Lutheran state-taxed church, I never was very religious. But 40 years ago, I heard about Unitarian Universalism through friends. I found a home here where this diverse religious community really works to better our world. Respect and honor for the "other" is the main ingredient in our cooperative efforts as a movement.
Stephanie Palmer-Smith, Director Religious Exploration: I came to find friends. I stay because they became my family.
Sej Harman, Deceased Member: I chose the UUCC as my spiritual home nearly 40 years ago because this community acknowledged my talents and abilities, encouraged me to flourish as a unique individual, and expected me to help bring about a better world—without having to bow down to anyone else's idea of what I should believe or how I should be.
I come to UUCC because I find here space, time, and gentle help to work on becoming a better person; and a laboratory in which to practice being that better person.
