Since 2010, original art has been exhibited in the social hall. The purpose of these bi-monthly shows is to recognize the artistic talent of members of the congregation and of local artists, to encourage creativity, and to enrich the beauty of our building’s interior.  We support the visual arts as a means for personal expression and growth and, through them, support the UUCC mission.

Sharon, a classically trained singer, performer and composer, finds the language of painting in watercolor very familiar.  As with performing any music beautifully, expressing herself in a compelling and meaningful way through watercolors involves excellent timing, rhythm, tempo, coloration and artistry.   Her explorations have become a passion.
