Junior Choir sings during Flower Communion Service

The UUCC Junior Choir is made up of a talented group of young musicians, who normally meet 2-3 times a month to rehearse, and perform during a worship service approximately once a month.  Unfortunately, these meetings have been suspended for the time being.  Once we start up again, they will once again talk about the history and meaning of the songs they sing, make up dances, learn sign language to lyrics, and even write original compositions.  Most of all, they are able to get together to make meaningful music to share with others! Young people interested in joining the Junior Choir are encouraged to contact Anna Hamilton, our Music Coordinator.

New items will be added weekly, so please keep coming back! This week’s recordings feature the clap-along song “Need a Hand” by Anna, “Baby’s Lullaby” performed and composed by Sharon Matchett, and hymns from Singing the Living Tradition: #391 Voice Still and Small and #396 I Know This Rose Will Open.
