Dan and his wife Nina Benedetto were active in our Columbia church and The Mountain for almost 10 years, leaving our area and his practice of law with Tom Turnipseed for seminary training at Starr King School in Berkeley. After graduation he returned to the South for ordination by our congregation in 1997, one week before beginning his 9 years of active ministry in Augusta.
Recently retired from professional service to several other UUA organizations, Rev. Dan was named Emeritus Minister by both, First Parish of Kingston MA and First UU Church of Houston.
